Whether you're training for sport, improving strength, or focusing on overall wellness, this program provides structure, accountability, and professional support from anywhere.
Coaching begins with a customized training plan and weekly progress check-ins to ensure consistent improvement and proper progression.
Optional upgrades include nutrition and macro coaching, priority communication access, and advanced guidance for recovery, supplementation, and performance optimization.
In-Person Training is a fully guided coaching experience built around your specific goals, movement needs, and performance level. With direct instruction and immediate feedback, you will train with greater confidence, intensity, and efficiency.
Each session emphasizes proper form, progressive programming, and injury prevention while creating the accountability needed to stay consistent and achieve measurable results.
Optional upgrades include nutrition coaching, recovery and mobility work, and advanced performance training for athletes.
Clients who commit to higher training frequency receive reduced per-session pricing to support consistency and long-term progress.
1x per week — $40/session
2x per week — $35/session
3x per week — $30/session
4x per week — $25/session
5+ sessions per week — $20/session
Monthly prepayment is required to receive discounted session rates. All sessions expire at the end of the billing cycle.
A $20 fee will be charged for cancellations made without appropriate notice.
